At Koa Pediatric Therapy, play is at the heart of everything we do.

It’s our mission to guide your little warriors on a journey of growth and discovery through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapy services provide children with the skills they need to participate fully in activities that are meaningful and necessary for their growth and development.

Feeding Therapy

Whether your child has an aversion to certain foods or is lacking the strength and control required to eat comfortably, we are here to help your picky eaters and problem feeders.

Child Development

We will work with your child to help them become more in tune with their bodies, providing them with greater awareness and agency over how they show up in the world.

Head Shape Concerns

We offer specialized care for infants with head shape concerns, focusing on gentle interventions before helmet use.

Dr. Lindsey Sandys

My mission is to create a space where parents and children feel seen, heard, and challenged through meaningful, individualized care that nurtures growth, development, and well-being. By fostering early milestones and enhancing quality of life (for caretakers too), I aim to create lasting impact, deliver hope, and enable families to shine.

  • "[Client] is doing so amazing thanks to you! She may be able to skip the helmet!!!! I am so happy I could cry!"

  • "You’re a rockstar and we are so thankful for you every day. We [parents] literally say that to each other multiple times a week."

  • "My son began seeing Dr. Lindsey for help with frequent accidents. From the very first visit, I was impressed—she came to our home for the initial evaluation and appointments, which made a world of difference. Being in his own space helped my son feel comfortable and made it easier for him to understand and retain what he was learning."

  • "My son quickly grew very fond of Dr. Lindsey, and honestly, so did I! She's warm, patient, fun, and truly meets kids at their level. Each session felt more like a playdate than a therapy appointment, which made the learning process enjoyable and natural for him."
